Returns are not accepted. Should a product be damaged in shipping the purchaser is required to notify the seller within 12 hours of shipment arrival with documented pictured of the packaging interior exterior and damaged merchandise. The purchaser can file a claim with the shipping company. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to purchase additional shipping over and above what the standards are that are provided from UPS and USPS.
Should a product come as a misprint from a manufacture please notify us within 12 hours and we will contact the said manufacture on how they want to address the situation.
